Mr. Khurram Mazhar Karim

He is an accomplished corporate leader and experienced business professional with over three decades of executive management experience in Pakistan’s textile and food industries. He is currently serving as Director of Shams Textile Mills Limited, and The Crescent Textile Mills Limited. He holds an MBA from the University of La Verne, USA, and brings strong expertise in marketing and general management, with a proven track record of driving business expansion, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable organizational growth.
Mian Muhammad Anwar
Non-Executive Director
After graduating from Germany, he joined The Crescent Textile Mills Limited in 1961 and served in various capacities until 1964. In 1964, he was elected as a Director of the Company and subsequently served as Executive Director until 1972. In 1972, he was appointed as Chief Executive of the Company and continued to serve in that capacity until 2023. He brings more than 50 years of rich and extensive experience in the textile sector. He has also gained significant exposure to the broader industrial landscape through his Board memberships in Shams Textile Mills Limited in the textile sector, as well as Shakarganj Limited and Crescent Cotton Mills Limited (formerly Crescent Sugar Mills & Distillery Limited) in the sugar sector.
Minail Mishal Adamjee

She holds a LLB from Queen Mary University of London and is a certified director from IBA- Karachi. Her experience spans from corporate legal compliance to being part of the start-up ecosystem in Pakistan. She brings a practical understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management and business operations. Ali Kamal

He holds a master’s degree in MBA from NUST. HE is the head of research in the National Investment Trust Limited and has a vast exposure in the investment analysis and portfolio management. He is a nominee of NIT in the Shams Textile Mills Limited.
Adil Bashir

He brings extensive experience in the textile, power, and energy sectors, with a strong background in corporate and industry leadership. He currently serves as Executive Director of Suraj Cotton Mills Limited, Non-Executive Director of Shams Textile Mills Limited, Director of Crescent Powertech Limited, and Independent Director on the Board of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO). He also serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL). He has also held several senior leadership positions in the All-Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA), including Treasurer, Senior Vice Chairman, and Chairman of APTMA, and has served on its Executive Committee. His experience encompasses corporate governance, strategic oversight, industry representation, and business management, supporting effective board-level decision-making and sustainable growth. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a Certified Director, having completed the Directors’ Training Program at the Rausing Executive Development Centre, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
Asif Bashir

He is a distinguished business professional with extensive experience in Pakistan’s textile, cotton, and industrial sectors, supported by a strong record of corporate leadership and industry engagement. He currently serves as a Director of Shams Textile Mills Limited, Non-Executive Director of Suraj Cotton Mills Limited, and Director of Crescent Powertech Limited. Through these board positions, he contributes to strategic decision-making, corporate governance, risk oversight, and long-term business development. He also held senior leadership positions at the Karachi Cotton Association, including Senior Vice Chairman, reflecting his longstanding involvement in Pakistan’s cotton and textile industry and his understanding of domestic and international cotton markets. His professional expertise encompasses corporate governance, risk management, strategic planning, textile manufacturing, cotton procurement and trading, and board-level oversight. His extensive industry experience enables him to provide practical and commercially focused guidance on operational performance, market dynamics, investment decisions, and sustainable business growth. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Boston University. His combination of academic training, extensive sector experience, corporate board exposure, and industry leadership provides a strong foundation for effective governance and strategic contribution at the highest level.
