JDs:

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily spinning operations to meet production targets.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Supervise and train spinning department staff, including machine operators and maintenance.
• Ensure all spinning machinery is properly maintained and serviced according to the maintenance schedule.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for the spinning department.
