  • Developing and maintaining strong relationship with the buyers and solving any ongoing issues with mutual understanding.
  • Stream lining the existing business as well as working on new development with new buyers for the enhancement of business in liaison with the management and technical team.
  • Doing market research for competitive analysis for quality and prices with other suppliers.
  • Forecasting the sales position as per market scenario for appropriate and timely actions.
  • System developments for smooth and smart working.
  • Working on centralized information system among different departments and generating working sheets for the useful desired information to be available to management at a glance.
  • Visiting customers and mills on regular basis for developing a cordial working relationship.
  • Assisting management for mills planning and for any procedural changes required.
  • Working on the PNL’S for the units.
  • Working on the skill developments of my team members in order to make them responsible individuals for their responsibilities.
