We have built a dedicated unit with a 816,480 Kg/month capacity, producing high-quality multi-count, multi-twist, and slub yarns for export in order to address the rising demand for fancy yarns. Back Process: Orchestrating Yarn Excellence

Shams Textiles dedication to quality extends beyond the raw materials. Our "back process" utilizes modern, efficient cards that meticulously separate, clean, and align fibers for a smooth flow, minimizing waste. Contamination-controlled lines ensure a clean environment throughout production. We prioritize yield optimization and consistent yarn quality through advanced machinery and precise control of drawing and combing (optional). Spinning:

Following the meticulous "back process," Shams Textiles transitions to a state-of-the-art spinning operation designed to minimize human intervention and maximize yarn quality. This commitment to reducing human contact ensures consistency and minimizes the risk of contamination. Our advanced spinning machines are programmed for precision. They meticulously draft, twist, and wind the prepared fibers into the desired yarn count and twist level. Our facility also has the ability to deal with coarse, medium and fine yarns in both, combed and carded form. This automation minimizes human error and ensures consistent yarn properties throughout each batch.
